Refund and Return Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing the refund and return of digital goods and services (collectively, “Products”) offered by Androidacy, LLC (“Androidacy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. By purchasing our Products, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

2. Non-Refundable Products

2.1 Final Sale: All sales of our digital goods and services, including but not limited to subscriptions, are final and non-refundable. Upon confirmation of payment, the Product is deemed fully delivered and consumed by the Customer.

2.2 No Returns: Due to the intangible and irrevocable nature of digital goods and services, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason except as expressly provided in this Policy or as required by applicable law.

3. Limited Exceptions

3.1 Exceptional Circumstances: In rare and extraordinary situations, and solely at our discretion, we may consider issuing a refund or a prorated adjustment. Such consideration is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

3.2 Exclusions: Refunds or adjustments will not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to, a change of mind, dissatisfaction with the Product, or failure to utilize the Product for any reason.

3.3 No Precedent Established: The provision of a refund or adjustment in any instance does not obligate Androidacy to provide similar remedies in future instances, nor does it set a precedent for any subsequent transactions.

4. Procedure for Requesting a Refund

4.1 Submission of Request: Customers who believe they are eligible for a refund under this Policy must submit a formal written request to Androidacy. Such requests may be submitted via:

  • Full name and contact information of the Customer

5. Amendments

5.1 Right to Modify: Androidacy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or replace this Policy at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Effective Date: Any changes to this Policy will become effective immediately upon posting the revised Policy on our website at www.androidacy.com. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review this Policy periodically for any updates.

5.3 Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance: Your continued use of our Products after any amendments to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1 Governing Law: This Policy and any disputes arising out of or relating to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

6.2 Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware for the resolution of any disputes.

7. Severability

7.1 Severability Clause: If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8. Entire Agreement

8.1 Integration: This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and Androidacy regarding refunds and returns and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
